By creating an account or using TrackScore, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

TrackScore is a fitness and nutrition tracking app with social features (posts, sharing of workouts and recipes). It is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 15 years old (the age of digital consent in France; below that age, parental consent is required). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Community rules — zero tolerance

You are responsible for the content you post. The following are strictly prohibited:

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Any post can be reported via the "⋮" menu, and any user can be blocked. Reported content is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete the account of any user breaching these rules, without notice. Contact: trackscore.admin@gmail.com.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you grant TrackScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it within the app solely to provide the service.

6. Health disclaimer

TrackScore provides estimates (calories, BMI, progression) for information only. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before significantly changing your training or diet.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Delete my account. See the privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrackScore is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app or service unavailability.
